| http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=27dn5u2This trade gives the pacers a PG they have been looking for. The pacers drafted George thinking he can replace Granger one day. If they get rid of granger, George will be able to start right away and grow into what the pacers hope he becomes. This trade also puts the Pacers in amazing position in free agency next season. This trade also makes CP happy. He now has a lineup that includes Granger, West, Okafor and Thornton. AJ price would also be a good back-up PG. http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=2e63mhzFor the sixers, this trade is nothing more than extra cap space next offeseason. If this trade were to go through, Philly would have about 12-13 million to spend next off-season. For next season though, Philly would get to start Turner right away, move Young into the starting lineup, have a healthy PG competition between Holiday and Collison, and they have a great shooter coming off the bench in Peja. For the hornets, this may please CP. They get a guy in Williams who is opposite of CP. He can off the bench at point, and put up a lot of points. AI could play the 2 and 3 spots, can play some D, is a good scorer in the paint. http://games.espn.go.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=2cnqjn9The pistons are clearly rebuilding. For months there have been rumors about the Pistons trying to trade Prince/Hamilton, or maybe even both. This trade will allow the pistons to slide Stuckey over to SG. He is better suited at SG anyway, and the pistons like him. Collison will start at PG, and Gordon would be coming off the bench. Also, this gives Austin Daye a chance to show what he can do. He has potential to be the next prince for the Pistons. This moves also saves the pistons over 12 million dollars long term. I think CP would be thrilled with this trade. It’ll be him, Hamilton, Prince, West and okafor in the starting line-up. Prince’s contract is up next year, so the hornets will clear his 11M dollar contract. Only thing the hornets would have to do after this trade is hope that their 2 first round picks aren’t busts and pick-up a vet PG. Discuss! | |

| I actually think the trade with the pacers is very possible. The pacers drafted George at 10th overall and he pretty much is a danny Granger type of player. I don't kno wwhy the Pacers would make that pick if they weren't thinking about trading Granger. Plus, Bird REALLY wants a PG. Collison was pretty sick last season. | |

| even if the trade didn't go through I don't think the cavs would have finished last.
Pacers and pistons are still worse imo. A healthy pistons team might be better though. | |

| The Lakers have won 5 in the last decade, how is that competitive? If you want competitive NBA demand Gasol, Bynum or Odom get traded. | |
