Does anybody besides me think that Lebron is the A-Rod of the NBA?

Well I'm guessing not everybody here watches baseball but this is how it seems to me.

Both ARod and Lebron are within the Top 2 as far as most talented players in their sport. Both are the most egotistical, self-absorbed,and arrogant athletes in their sport now we know as well.

ARod couldn't win a ring with his the previous 2 teams he played with the Mariners, and Rangers. He's now on a pretty much store bought team like the Yankees and is playing 2nd fiddle to ARod despire his tremendous talent.

Lebron failed to win a ring in his first 7 years in Cleveland. He's going to play 2nd fiddle to Wade now

Only difference is ARod didn't milk a Free Agency decision just to draw attention to himself, and diss his hometown on National TV with a One Hour Special on himself, or flat out quit in the middle of a playoff series despite having the best record in the league.

Even when the Yankees won the World Series under ARod finally people still see Jeter as the real Champion because he built the Yankees and ARod just a sidekick. Thats what I see happening if the Heat ever win the title.

So is it me or is Lebron now the ARod of the NBA?

I agree, and it is an apt analogy. This guy broke it down pretty well:
"A-Rod is also the most physically gifted and talented guy in his sport. A-Rod also has the biggest ego in his sport. A-Rod also has no heart and no guts and typically gags in the playoffs. A-Rod blew off a smaller market team (Seattle) that adored him to play in Texas. A-Rod decided to go the Yankees to win rings knowing that they would always be Jeter's team. A-Rod won a World Series last year but nobody considers him a champion the same way they look at Jeter because he didn't help build the Yankees. How is any one of those things any different in any way shape or form than LeBron? The Heat will always be D-Wade's team regardless of how many titles LeBron wins there. Congratulations on your decision LeBron -- you have successfully downgraded your career arc to A-Rod. Unbelievable."

Well,LeBron has made his decision that he's better to the Heat to win titles but i see him after 5 years with this trio,after couple of titles with those guys,i see him off to another team and try to win it alone
