I'm in the middle. It could backfire on the NBA. That's two franchise that are gonna lose a ton of money.
When the Lakers got Payton and Malone it was a big deal with them teaming up in LA with Shaq and Kobe. It was a traveling circus.
But these are all in their prime players.
Me personally I would've loved to see just Wade and Bosh so that there would be a chance to see a potentially cool Wade vs LeBron playoff series for years to come.
The thing that happens now is that it makes two more teams in the east become cannon fodder.
I think to the casual fan it could make them follow a "SUPER" team and get interested in the NBA... who wouldn't? I'm interested in how this will work out for the Heat. I want to see what happens next too!
