| The first day of the NBA playoffs was great. Boston rallied against Miami to win, Jennings tried to lead a Milwaukee comeback with 34, and the Bulls even made the fourth quarter interesting until the end. But it is DEFINITELY highlighted by Carmelo Anthony's career playoff high 42 points against the Jazz. The game was close until the fourth quarter, where JR Smith started hitting his threes and Carmelo just played consistently all game. 42 points on 25 shots. Carmelo shot 72% and the Nuggets got the 126-113 win.
Your thoughts on Carmelo? On the Nuggets? On the playoffs? Hell, you can even throw in predictions for tomorrow's (technically it's today's for me. It's 1:20 AM) games!

| Syracuse stand up Melo is boss. I still think that series whomever wins it will go to 6 or 7 though. Denver needs to take care of their homecourt cause once the series shifts to Utah it's pretty damn to beat Utah at home. Its always been. | |

| I felt bad for Utah cause Okur got injured (once again) early in the game. I was pretty impressed with CJ Miles as well; he had 17 points I believe?
Anyway, good win for the Nuggets; and I agree with Tony...it will be difficult to beat Utah at home cause their home record is very good. Congrats on the game one victory!
