Can Lee play well as a PF, he is 6'9?

Also does Lee have to get alot of touches to be effective?

David Lee doesn't need lots of touches to be effective.

If you want a C who doesn't get many touches and scores 0.617%(leagues best) of them, take Perkins

To be honest i was thinking about a c who does get touches but is also a good passer. I dont think David Lee is a great primary post option but he works well without the ball

I could get a center who is tough to guard

Nene is a 14/8 center with great post defense
Kenyon Martin is a 12/10 power forward with great post defense and he's a pretty good perimeter defender

Tough to guard? Nene and a role playing Pf could be Scola

I was thinking along the lines of

David West as a rolep laying PF (can shoot, pick and roll)
Shaq as a center (still has it,good passer,most people cant guard him)

Nene is third in the league in shooting percentage.
