Everyone in the Wizards is talking about trading away four of the five starters of the team that was once with the best record in the NBA for only a week and a half in the 2006-2007 season, and the fifth starter is probably going to get voided, or may even be allowed to play for Abe's team again and curse the Wizards yet again and fuck us in the ass. Thanks Gilbert.
Yes, Butler and Haywood and Da Swag was one
huge deal which gets Cuban fired up to face the Cavs in June in and of itself. But how about the second
even bigger trade that gets Antawn turning from Cleveland's Public Enemy #3 (DeSwag and Gil are #1 and #2 respectively) into their second coming of Jesus, with LeBron as the 1st coming.
Well, how about this. The Wizards made a
THIRD trade today.
Dominic McGuire, a reserve forward, who is more of a defensive specialist and a pretty good shot blocker and rebounder, is now on his way to Sacramento, where we get a 2nd round pick from them in the 2010 NBA Draft (prob the 35th-40th picks given their year). While I guess any team can use rebounding and defense, every player needs some O too. After all, offense is how you win games, and he basically can't do anything on offense except dunk when he's wide open. Well, best of luck in Sacramento D-Mac. Not only are you a
now, but you also got Kenny Thomas into the unemployment line! Good job!
This trade for Washington essentially was to get rid of more salaries to get under the luxury tax, and to get another pick, but for the Kings, what the hell do you need D-Mac for? At least he can rebound..
