Alright guys, I want a major discussion about what people call, DOOMSDAY. December 21 2012.

I honestly don't know. I remember YS telling me something about it being the "end of age" or something, but other than that I really don't know much about what 2012 will bring.

It seems like a lot of people I know believe that everyone will die or that the Earth will be destroyed or something. I'm not too bothered tho, there are worse things than dying as far as I'm concerned.

I vote that nothings gonna happen... I think someone a while ago said the world was gonna end in 09 and look how that turned out.

and remember that Y2K scare.
People were stocking up on toilet paper and canned foods and nothing happened.

Heck, even them Jehovah's Witnesses (or was it Mormons? lol) have predicted the world ending a billion times.

...WOW!!! There is nothing that says the world will end. There is something called science and rationality, and then there is something called retardation and superstition. Obviously nothing will happen, and I will get an amazing laugh at the dumb asses that will actually try to avoid this "made up" event.

If people can't even accurately(100%) predict the weather for the next day, who is to say that there will be a meteor that hits Earth on a specific date?

Well obviously with that thinking, we can say the world will end on any given day. There is absolutely no evidence to prove this 2012 bogus statement, and you can't just go around saying this will happen, and that will happen, with no proof. Obviously, most of America is a bunch of morons, and will believe pretty much anything, and I live in America, so I know.

I am trying to enlighten people. You can't shout "fire" in a movie theater, just because you think there will be a fire, which applies here. How the hell can you tell me that this shit will happen, when there is no proof. You can't come out of nowhere and say something will happen, with nothing to back it up.

I know that people think this, due to the Mayan calendar, which ironically, was already proven wrong. Also, I am not saying that the Swine Flu can't kill us all, in a year, but to set up a certain date as to when everyone will die, is just ridiculous. I honestly do hope that people who are so stupid as to believe this do kill themselves, a head of time so maybe there will be some hope left in humanity.
