| http://www.thestar.com/sports/basketball/nba/raptors/hedoturkoglu/article/749935--feschuk-hedo-turkoglu-limited-by-defeatist-attitudeHere is an article excerpt (for those who don't wanna read the whole article): The Turk says: "I try to do my best, but I'm limited," Turkoglu said. "I just run on the side and expect them to just pass it to me. When for the past three years (in Orlando) I've been a point guard, too, leading the team and making decisions. ... I'm not happy how I play right now, but because of the situation, I'm limited." Jack says: "A lot of us have had different roles prior to coming here. I think we've all had to adjust," said Jack, the point guard, when asked about Turkoglu's comments. "I don't know if you can just say, `This is how it was in Orlando.' Bottom line is, we're not in Orlando. I'm not trying to bash anybody, but I can't be like ... `When I was (in college) at Georgia Tech ...'" (love you Jack for saying that, haha) Thoughts? | |

| What an idiot statement by Hedo, Jack is right that's not how it works. Hedo needs to start stepping it up and playing like he should be, everybody is running out of patience with him. His play so far is unacceptble, he's avg like what, 14 points on 40% shooting? Nuh uh thats playing way under potential and how he should be playing. Maybe it was a bad idea to give him that fat contract. | |

| That's all Turkododo do. /rasheedwallace
Anyways, I'm not really surprised. Hedo isn't really suited to the Raptors' style of play, since he is not effective off the ball. Kinda stating the obvious, but he was overpayed.

| 2008-2009:
Indiana:
Jarrett Jack - 13.1 PPG, 4.1 APG, .453 FG%, .353 3PT%, .852 FT%, 33 MPG (Played a lot as the starting SG, which he wasn't accustomed to do.)
Toronto: Hedo Turkoglu - 16.8 PPG, 5.3 RPG, 4.9 APG, .413 FG%, .356 3PT%, .807 FT%, 36 MPG (Had the ball in his hands a lot.)
2009-2010:
Jarrett Jack - 10.3 PPG, 4.8 APG, .466 FG%, .389 3PT%, .838 FT%, 28 MPG (only due to injury; he's also not getting the ball in his hands like he was accustomed to.)
Hedo Turkoglu - 13.1 PPG, 4.5 RPG, 4.5 APG, .420 FG%, .404 3PT%, 79 FT%, 33 MPG (His D is a little off as well this season & he's not getting the ball as much as he did.)
Point being is that Jarrett Jack is making the better of the situation and his numbers are the same as last year's practically. Even with less minutes and it would have been even less if Calderon hasn't been injured as much as he's had. Yet, Jack's production is effective despite his lesser role this year than last year in Indy. turkoglu plays less minutes than he did in Orlando, but is in the ball park of last year's minutes plus he starts and he hasn't ben producing as much as he should.

| Turkoglu plays basketball with the image I have of him saying that, "Im so hopped up on acid I can't find my ice cream truck", one day. I won't be surprised if he blurts that out while in a game and I'd believe him to. | |

| YS your wrong if she was talking about Turkey, the country. Then she would have written, "the Turkish are lazy." Not Turkey is lazy. Because you can not give a country, an inanimate object traits that are human. So there I just got technical lol. | |
