| The JJJ alliance can take down anything so that won't be such a hard task. and yup, Pau's absence could be beneficial to the Spurs since they could have a slight size advantage over the Lakers. But if Kobe/Odom goes off, consider it a wrap for the Spurs. And especially if it is a close game, Kobe can hit another game winner in SA to seal the win...lol. | |

| Darko I think you & I were the only 2 people that picked Portland over the LA Lakers last night. Hahaha congrats!!!!Juwan Howard is actually filling in quite nicely for Greg Oden. He doesn't have Oden's talent cause well let's face it he's old and he doesn't have Joel's hustle. But, he's playing well within the team: grabbing a few boards, scoring a couple of points, doing all the little things that his shortmanned team asks of him and so far he's producing. Anyways, Portland seems to own LA @ the Rose Garden.
Let's look at the bigger picture though Brandon Roy absolutely took it to Kobe performance wise and in the leadership department. It took Kobe 37 shots to get 32 points that's very impressive d from your team. Roy on the other hand it only took 11 FGA's to equate Kobe's 32 with his own. Roy played it smart and went in attack mode and got to the line. Plus, on an up and up it seems like Andre Miller is starting to coexist better with Roy that was a nice alley Miller gave Roy. Maybe, Blake's injury allows Miller and Roy some extra time to get better used to each other. | |
