Really you can't back it up because as you said in a last post that was LAST SEASON!!! Yeah, Landry has received a lot more playing time this season with the absense of Yao you can't really say how many rebounds he's averaged when the season's not even over. I'll let ou win that one.
But here's more info you need to know: Landry is a better shooter Landry is 10th in the league in free throw percental Landry averages more steals per game Landry averages more points per game Landry is doing better than Bynum as a third year player Landry does NOT recieve starters minutes only playing 18-20 minutes a game compared to Bynum's 31.
How is this possible? Landry is the better player in STATs and on the court. Trust me and Bynum is supposed to have more 'experience'.
1. Who the hell cares if Bynum can't shoot? He's a C for god's sakes... 2. Good job, Landry on FTs....I'll give him that... 3. Who cares about steals for a big-man? 4. Lakers have way way way mroe offensive weapons than Rockets....so Bynum obviously gets less touches 5. That doesn't make any difference.....Landry is actually older than Bynum..so more time to develop his game 6. He avgs 26 minutes per game....STOP making stats up....wow
And Bynum isn't supposed have more experience.. As I previously stated.....Landry is older than Bynum..so he has more time to develop his game...and therefore should be better....but he isn't And btw...its too late for Landry to say that he has potential....he's 26 yrs old...he better be a superstar cuz he's too old to develop into a superstar...
Okay, maybe I messed up on #6, but I didn't mess up on the other STATS. Basically you just proved that he is the better player. You admitted Bynum can't shoot, you admitted Landry is better at free-throws, you admitted that he has more steals, he still averages more points. You admitted 4 times that he's better than Bynum. You should care if Bynum shoots, he shouldn't be in the NBA if he can't. Yao can shoot and he is DAMN good better player than Bynum. And you said who cares if a big man can still, if it results in points on the other end you should care. Now ask yourself this...
Would you rather have a consisten player like Landry that has 20 games almost every night, or an inconsistent on and off player like Bynum?
umm...no I did not admit that Landry is better... I don't think you understand what I'm saying... A center doesn't need to shoot the ball... For example...Dwight Howard can't shoot, shaq can't shoot...but they're very capable themselves...
Yao Ming is one of the few centers who can shoot the ball... So yeah...
And I'll give Carl Landy the FT %
And who the hell cares about steals for a big man? You know what matters for a big man? Rebounds and Blocks And Bynum is clearly better than Landry at that...
And the only reason Landry avgs 20 PPG is because he is one of their few options.... As I said hundreds of times already...(omg)....Lakers have many many offensive weapons....no need for Bynum to score a lot every night...
Were talking about Landry and Bynum. Not how many weapons the Lakers, not how Bynum has no need to score. It's a one-on-one battle. I know what you're saying but until you see a Rockets game you won't understand how good he is. And Darko of course YS and Jade are going to agree with you. You think Bynum is better. Just look at a Rockets game. Landry really does get more than 5 rebounds a game. In the last few games he has averaged 8 rebounds.
Oh and By the Way Landry just scored his first point after being in for only 1 minute. Rockets winning by 9.
OMG!! Do you not get what I'm saying? Bynum scores less because there are many other options..
And Landry gets 5 rebs a game...idc how many he got in his last few games....he still is a pathetic rebounder....
His rebounding average will improve. And every player has weakness. Bynum can't shoot, run, move his feet and is inconsistent. Bynum is the one whose pathetic.
He's 26 yrs old....he's done improving....he's peak will probably 7...wow...
Bynum DOES NOT need to shoot!!! He's a fucking center.....are you ok? Shooting centers are very rare and usually turn out to be soft (*cough* Yao, Bargnani *cough*)
And Yao can't run either...I guess he's pathetic too haha
And Bynum has pretty damn good footwork...don't know where you get the "can't move his feet"
And sure...he is inconsistent....but thats bound to happen when you have to do or die with only limited touches....
You need to think before you write....just saying...
You're the one who needs to think before they write. Landry is done improving???? You don't look at Rockets games because obviously he is getting better every game. He has onlyy been in the league for two years!!!! He has much more room to improve!! Age doesn't matter.
Are you serious? Did you just say that age doesn't matter?
No matter how long you're in the league....as you get older...your body breaks... And when your body breaks down....you can no longer improve physically... And when you aren't physically superior in the NBA....its very rare to stay in it...
Sorry...but maybe 18 PPG and 7 RPG is Landry's peak...
CARL LANDRY HAS ONLY BEEN IN THE LEAGUE FOR TWO YEARS!!!! How is there wear and tear?? If anything Bynum might be the one to tear easily because he's been in the league longer. You see where McGrady ended up. And if he was an allstar after 5 years it would have shown a little by now. Whatever. Landry is on his way to win the 6th Man of the Year award while Bynum is in the running for nothing.
Just because he hasn't been in the league doesn't mean he hasn't played in other leagues.... Baskeball, at whatever level, induces a lot of wear and tear...
And you're right.....Bynum might be out of the league before T-Mac... But no matter how you look at it....the younger you are...the easier and faster you develop...
And I don't see Landry winning the 6th man... He's too unknown for ppl to actually give him his due respect... I see Terry winning it..again...
Apparently he isn't unknown if he is in the running on NBA.com. And so you're saying that my body has wear and tear since I've been playing girls basketball for 3 years. My body has no wear and tear what so ever. If you keep in shape then it shouldn't be a problem. Jason Kidd is well over 30 and he still performs good and so does Jason Terry. Lets not forget Tony Parker who is one of the fastest players in the league. I don't see your point in that area.
WOOOO HOOO Rockets won 94-94 against the Dallas Mavericks!!!
He won't win it...trust me...Terry will..
And yes..you do have wear and tear.....don't kid yourself... Landry however has played in much tougher leagues where he has to perform more than 100% (sorry if that doesn't make sense...don't know how else to put it)
And Jason Kidd is obviously NOT what he once was... He was a defensive beast and could drive the lane...he can no longer do that...
Tony Parker is still in his prime.... But he hasn't improved more since he was 26/27... Only improvement is his jump shot...
So if you still don't see my point...then I can't help you...
And LMFAO @ Landry's 3 rebs against Dallas... hahahahah...omg....
Wow, this quote is long... Anywho Landry didn't play that well today. But once again is shooting is his main danger. He had 15 points which is good. Relying off this game I would lose this debate, but any other gamehe would have 6-8 rebounds. And I already said that his rebounds wasn't his strong point as Landry is not a defensive player but we still somehow win the boards in games. Luis Scola is our rebounder as he gets about 10-12 rebounds a game. Any how Landry is still the better player than Bynum by far.
HOW???!
Bynum avgs as much as Landry in PPG.... And dominates him in rebounder, defense, blocking...
How the hell can you pick Landry? This is ridiculous....
This is ridiculos but I'm going to post one more time before I'm heading to do my cooking. If Landry and Bynum were to meet head to head Landry would score and dunk all over him, even if he's taller. Landry had dunked over 7 footers so he can dunk over Bynum. Yes occasionally he would get blocked but Landry is a much faster player and if you lay off him then he will make you pay. I don't care what you say shooting centers are the most dominant centers in teh NBA. Oh so you're saying Pau is soft? He shoots.
That's it. I'm done for now. I'll be back in a few minutes after I'm done with my Chicken Wings!!! Until then Happy New Years!!! 2010!!!! BTW Aaron Brooks had 30 points today

Umm...you yourself said Landry is not good defensively... So that means if they went head-to-head.....Bynum will rip him apart... But they're not gonna go head-to-head cuz other players will probably guard Landry....probably Gasol...
And happy new years to you too lol.. And you have to continue this epic quote btw...
