Which team has been the most consistent this decade?

It's gotta be either the lakers or spurs.

The spurs won a championship every other year (in 2003, 2005, 2007)

The Lakers had a 3 peat, but only won their next championship in 2009.

Now lets take season records.

The Lakers had 3 50- win seasons, from 2003 to 2007

The spurs had no 50- win seasons at all

So overall, the lakers were the best team this decade, but the spurs were the most consistent

In the Last ten years, the Spurs have made the playoffs every year, past first round every year but 2, and are tied for tops with 4 championships. The Lakers had the best 4-5 year run, but they fell off after Shaq left.

i think teams like the bulls will be consistent for awhile.

The Spurs. Won championships in '03, '05, '07. I want to say the Lakers, but after the 3-peat there wasn't much until the past two seasons. The Spurs, meanwhile, were always contenders even when they didn't win. And like Justin said, not a single losing season. That's consistency for you.

Spurs. They have 3 championships this decade and I'm pretty sure they haven't missed the playoffs all decade. They're usually always championship contenders (they would be last season if not for injuries)
