| I don't see Phoenix making up 25 points in 1 quarter on the road
they need a run tp end the third quarter or its over

| Phoenix is a good team VISA last year they won 40+ game playing out of sync/character and they are back to their old selves running again. Plus, this game didn't show it, but their defense has come a long way. They aren't a solid defensive team, but much better than years past. Shows the Knicks pulled off a good game, hopefully it serves as a statement game.
All I need is for Denver, Portland, and LA to win so that I can run the table and stay perfect in my predictions.

| Congrats! Danilo had a pretty good game tonight. Damn, the Knicks spaaanked the Suns tonight. My jaw dropped when I heard that the Knicks had 71 points at the half; that is pretty awesome.
Good call with the upset that did end up taking place.

| Yep thank you SRF sorry about the Raps, but it was close.
I agree with all that you have said. And in regards to Hedo he played in a long and grueling postseason (that included the Finals), was payed a sh!tload of money by Toronto, so he may feel unmotivated to perform, & he played for Turkey this past summer after being spent after the Finals and got injured. Toronto should lay down a stipulation next season and tell him not to play for Turkey cause this is what follows him feeling unmotivated to play and knowing that he'll get paid anyways doesn't help.

| I like that idea about the stipulation on Hedo cause he is not playing to his potential at all. I dunno, that franchise is a mess - they have the talent but it is just not working...and I am beginning to think that Hedo is a cancer to the team but anyway. This is your thread about your Knicks, hehe. They played a real good game tonight! | |

| Thank you.
I dunno I think being inserted with Calderon and Bosh (can pass for a big man), as well as Jack serving as faciliatator it's thrown off Hedo a lot. Being that he is at his best when he can be the Point forward that was what he was in Orlando. He gets rebounds and runs the break, is assertive on d and gets steals or plays lockdown d, and scores at his best. He's just not fitting in right now. And the paycheck isn't helping either.

| That is a good point but I also see that he does not care much about the franchise. I mean, he had a chance to play with a team that could make playoffs and do well in the post season (Portland) but as soon as that doofball Colangelo offers him more money (waaay too much if you ask me), he runs to the Raptors. If he really cared about winning...he would have gone to Portland, wouldn't he?
And now he is in Toronto...everytime they lose, he does not seem to care and there was one time when they lost to Dallas...after the game, he went to the Dallas team and started laughing with them as if it did not sink in that they were blown out by the Mavericks. And he is called Mr. Fourth Quarter...how often has he been reliable in the 4th quarter? Errrr...not very often. I don't trust the guy and I think he should go...

| He was reliable in San Antonio didn't win a ring, but played very good off the bench in the playoffs and started to etch a name for himself and when he went to Orlando I saw him as the heart & soul of the team and their most important piece. I guess money has corrupted him along with the other reasons I gave for him not living up to his contract.
Makes you wonder was it Steve Nash's greatness alone & Mike D'Antoni's system that made the Suns into a perennial powerhouse & championship contender all of those years instead of Colangelo's service as GM (that was once deemed as manager of the year).

| Sorry, but I will go with option number one. Colangelo is OVERRATED as a GM; he makes mistake after mistake. First of all, Jose and Bargnani are overpaid (along with some of the other Raptors bench boys who are being paid a few millions to contribute very minimal) along with Hedo. Secondly, it was a huge mistake for him to sign JO to such a huge contract when he did not even work out well with the Raptors and ended up having to be traded mid-season.
Giving Sam Mitchell a contract extension just cause he won COY when the signs were there that he was a bad coach and pretty much got lucky; especially when the Raptors were feeling it offensively and went hot from the field and therefore, were able to win some games easily.
Everytime he makes a mistake, he always tries to cover it up by firing, trading, etc. He is a horrible GM that should be fired cause he doesn't know what the frig he is doing. I mean, how the hell do you create a starting line up where none of the players play no defense? How crazy is that?
I am very suspicious of Hedo...he has gone from Sacremento (he wasn't too bad then) to SA (he was helpful but still, wasn't kept with them for long) to Orlando (why did they get rid of him?) and now he is in Toronto. I dunno, there is something shady about him..
