Defense is more than blocking shots, i listed players who have success when defending premier centers like yao and dwight. Tyson probably does the best job agaist dwight out of anyone in the NBA. and dalembert is a lockdown post defender...anderson doesnt deserve to be on the list, He just gets blocks, he cant truly defend

Dalembert is way to soft and an underacheiver.
I always figured Tyson got a lot of help from West, and his backup C's such as Armstong... not to mentino he was soft too and all he was good for was catching CP3 alley-oops...

And I figure Andris is the one defensive bright spot on the Dubs roster.. he's solid but nothing special.
Unfortunately, solid makes the top 5 these days

Ben Wallace can still defend like a mad man. If you have seen any of the Pistons games this season, you would see how he is still such a great defensive,hustle player. He changes games, even at his age, on the defensive side of the court.

Listen Dwayne, I had him on my team for a year and a half.
All he is these days is 20 minutes of staying in one spot...

Ive saw him this season..he looks like etan thomas, just hops around and gets 3 second calls....

yes........have u seen any of his games in detroit? he's motivated again. he might not score but he'll grab 10-13 boards and 2-3 blocks and a couple steals. He's playing much better in Detroit than he played in Cleveland.

Nene is debatable, but Tim Duncan is a center... Antonio McDyess is the PF not duncan.

I'm not following the spurs much, but realistically that won't happen as the season progresses. Antonio will definitely start PF

I can agree with that, pop is starting bonner because he and him have been together for the longest time. Eventually mcdyss will start, unless pop wants aot of firepower on the bench, and timmy D plays best at PF but can play C.
