What is the problem with LeBron James ?

James scored 38 points against the Celtics but the Cavaliers lost the game .
He had a triple double against the Raptors but the Cavaliers lost the game again.

Against the Celtics James tryed to help his team by scoring a lot of points but that didn't work and the Cavaliers lost .
In the Game against the Raptors James tryed to get his teammates involved and pass the ball but that didn't work either .

What he has to do to win some games ?

seriously, he needs to get his team involved, because he has the best role players in the NBA. He doesnt have to score 50 a game to win..the same thing happened to Kobe...but LBJ isnt smart enough to figure that out..

Anderson Varejao is the x-factor, but he himself can not resolve the outlying problem at hand. Varejao serves as the big that has to be placed in the game to help out Shaq or Big Z with his hustle and youth. He gets Cleveland 2nd chance opportunities and runs out of the post to unclog it for teammates to drive. Whereas, Shaq and Big Z can not get out of the middle in time all that much because of their age hence they clog the middle. Also Shaq has gotten off to fast starts to begin the game, but when he sits and Big Z come in, Big Z who isn't used to being a reserve has started off the season very flat in his shooting. Brown leaves him in there too long knowing Shaq is aged and needs adequate rest. But, when Shaw gets put back into the game he doesn't have the same positive effect that he had when he started because he is indeed older and gets stiff sitting on the bench for too long.

Not to mention in the times that they are both inserted together it really hurts Cleveland because they are hella slow getting back on transition d, they clog the middle cause they aren't fast, and they won't serve as a KG-Sheed duo because they aren't mobile enough and Big Z is having trouble stepping out and canning his shots while Shaq has never been able to can jumpers. Both KG and Sheed are. Neither of them have been known defenders for their careers, so asking them to play defense now may be a little to late and too much to ask for. Quite frankly there's too little of Anderson Varejao to go around and JJ Hickson is too young to help out Andy diffuse the situation of Shaq/Big Z, so Cleveland needs to make a trade for a more mobile big to try and make this all work.

Shaq- not really playing well enough and not making any difference

Willaims- really inconsistent, bricks everything he throws up

West- this guy is out, they need him to win games.

Varejao- really doesnt even do anything on offense or defense.

Z- he dont like coming off the bench, and when he comes on hes not in sync and is really slow.

only guys doing good on the team is Lebron, Parker and somewhat the bench.

LMFAO! Listen, we have a good overall team.
But it's not LeBron's fault the role playrs don't get involved.... we DO have a coach.. that doesn't run any offensive plays. At all. LBJ does hsi best to get them involved. I mean look at the offense w/ him in, look at the offense w/ him out.
And oru role players are most certainly not the bset in the NBA.
IF anything, they're top 10... at like 9.

Coach Mike Brown is the biggest reason why the Cavs suck.

Don't forget Moon as well.
He likes to shoot his fair share of bricks as well - in particular, when he attempts to make three pointers. I don't know who gave him the idea that he could be a three point shooter but he needs to cut that crap.

I said this many times, but Lebron needs to be rid of his so-called "swag" and stop acting so chilled on the court. Other star players for their teams (e.g. TD, KG, CP3) play their hearts out until the buzzer goes whereas Lebron seems waaay too relaxed on the court.

and I guess Moon figures playing bad, not set D's and third string SF's during preseason and shooting 50% from 3 pt land is enough for him to shoot those against strong defenses and starters

lol Moon is crazy, he always launches 3's from 25 feet. He thinks hes some kind of shooter or something. He is better of slashing/cutting to the basket, thats what the cavs need. As for Lebron, he needs to be more energetic and into the game. He takes it easy when his team is down 20, when he should be playing hard. But then again he dont have the killer instinct like Kobe does.

Yeah, I am not a huge fan of Kobe but I have to admit that he plays hard; Lebron needs to be like that as well.

Coach Brown needs to go first, If the Cavs want to be succesfull and win more games.

thats exactly how I feel about it. hes not making the right decisions at the right times and it seems likes hes afraid to do too much of one or the other.

It isn't his problem that his team mates don't have a chemistry.He's trying to involve everyone in the game,motives them,works hard and it's his falt?Hell no,his team mates need to have better chemistry

Right now Cleveland is just shooting bad and our offense isnt flowing at all......and it isnt lebrons job to actually create an offensive system (cough coach's job)
