| First topic message reminder :
This contract shows that the consequences of losing the bet between Rush and VISA, where if VISA losses, he retires from RBTotherwise resulting in saying the opponents team is better. The terms of this contract are the Toronto Raptors getting a higher record than the Washington Wizards in the 2009-2010 NBA season. If the Raptors do not meet these standards this season, Rush must admit his team sucks or retires depening on what VISA wants. However, if the Raptors do in fact gets a higher record than the Wizards, then VISA must retire from RBT. The statements must be said with seriousness and sincerity. Both sides will show that they are responsible for reciting what they must should they lose the bet, by agreeing to the terms and conditions shown in this contract. The people involved in the contract will show in a post that they do agree and will do what they must if they lose. 5 or more witnesses must also be involved in case something does not go according to plan, and they can tell that the contract here has been said and both parties do agree. If you would like to be a witness, please post a comment saying, "I have witnessed this contract and I witness both Rush and VISA agreeing to it". Rush and VISA, please show that you agree to the contract with a post saying, "I agree to all terms and conditions of this contract, and I WILL carry out the consequence shall I lose this bet".
