With which great NBA center(s) would you compare Dwight Howard?

Hm............Let's see now

He has no post moves but is consider by many people to be the league's best center.He averges 20 PPG on pick n'roll actions and yeah,offensive boards.He has time to learn some post moves when in 2-3 years he will get good competion in the rookies and sophhmores that will become better center.

He's the league leader in rebounding and shot blocking.Dwight led the league 2x in those thing and won his 1st DPOY.Now,tell me to which player would you compare him?

Young Shaq?maybe Big Ben?The Admiral?Hakeem?..............other?

David robinson. 1 dimentional on offense,No offensive moves, But a dominant defender and rebounder and a great dunker.

His offense is below average for his status, but his great defense pays up for it.

He is a beast on the boards and at blocking, yet his post moves are being worked on.

Blocking wise, both are amazing on help and fast break defense, and are really good on one on one defense.

Oden is not a Russell. Oden is over-rated. He has no passion for the game, doesn't hustle, has no work ethic, and doesn't know the meaning of health.

Howard is the most athletic Center in the last 10 years.

Howard is short for a Center [not even 7 foot!], so was Bill Russell compared to the guys he played against.

Howard isn't any Bill Russell

Russell never averged 20 PPG in his career,his highest scoring averge was like 18,9 PPG or something.Yeah,he's great defender but Dwight is all on power,he doesn't make out let passes from brakes or pass around all the time

Please man........................................Dwight is like a mix of Shaq and Hakeem some of their skills

And yeah,if Oden is over-rated so is Howard
