Thats annoying as hell..

Just click "profile" (above the calender or above the ads)....and then after you get there....click on preferences....then you get a whole bunch of options regarding email..

Then you can click on "avatar" to put up a picture....

go to your profile and click preferences. Then set them ("always notify me of replies" to no) the way you want them.

To add a pic, go to profile and click Avatar. The upload it.

Don't forget to save all of your changes.
