| Like in the beg of the season, one team goes undefeated for some games
who do you think it will be this year?

| I say the Lakers winning 16 in a row...That's a promise
Lakers have artest, LO, Kobe, Fish and Pau. Thats a nice lineup and they will surely win +16 in a row

| The Los Angeles Lakers will. And yes, they do play the Mavericks the second game. Gotta keep it real.
Hope Dallas changes my mind.

| I'm just gonna say except the unexpected
Hawks were in the running w/ the Lakers for going undefeated the longest when the season first started last year
Soo some underrated team could do the same thing

| I cringe at the thought, but I think it's Cleveland. They start off vs. Boston, then the rest of the three games should be a cakewalk against Toronto, Minny, and Charlotte. Four wins assuming they beat Boston.
Next week, DC at home, CHI at home, NY on the road, (CHI and NY on the back to back), and a favorable opponent for the Cavs in such a situation. All three games should be Cavs wins with the Wizards being the toughest to beat. Potential 7-0 start here.
Third week, at Orlando, at Miami on a B2B, then Utah at home. If the Cavs are 7-0 at this point, they should be able to bulldoze Orlando who doesn't have Turkoglu and Lewis on the same backcourt, so 8-0 now. Miami will be a breeze since O'Neal will destroy the other O'Neal down low. Utah is a great team but the Cavs are almost unstoppable at home, so this could get Cleveland to 10 wins.
Week after, two sets of back to backs. San Fran at Home, then DC on the road. Second is Indy on the Road, Philly at home. GS is a breeze, Bron and Shaq could be sitting the 2nd half of this game if the Wizards are hot in the beginning of this season. Then their toughest road game of the year is in DC which they are more likely to lose than not, but if they win, they can be 12-0. Indy shouldn't be a match for them home or away, then Philly will put up a fight, but once again, they don't have the talent and depth of Cleveland. Potential 13-0 start, but the fourth week will be their toughest one in my opinion.
*******
I hope what I'm saying is a bunch of crap, since we face Cleveland twice in October and November, but that doesn't mean that I don't think that it's unrealistic that Cleveland can be 10-0 and better.

| Then again, I think any team could start out hot. Really, any team can. | |

Really? You think so. I love my Raps but I think the most games they will win in a row will be 5/6 games. I just can't envision them going 10-0 much less a longer winning streak.
